Our telephone and chat support has exceptions on during Christmas Holidays as follows:
- On Mon 16th Dec 2024 we will close early at 2:00 pm
- On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day from Tue 24th to Thu 26th Dec 2024 we are closed
- On New Year's Eve 31th Dec 2024 and New Year's day 1th Jan 2025 we are closed
During the Christmas break our emergency team will monitor servers for critical issues 24/7.
Also customer support is available via email or leaving a message during mentioned exceptions, but with possibly longer delay than normally. Our staff will serve you again by phone and chat on Thursday January 2, 2025, starting at 9 am.
