Questions about Reseller Cloud

Managed Cloud 3.0 is a dedicated server opened for a single company's own site. Reseller Cloud 3.0 is instead designed for digital agencies managing dozens or hundreds of client WordPress sites: the server has unlimited domains and customer accounts, and the agency acts as the service provider to its own clients under its own brand.

The server and all its resources belong entirely to your agency - you decide how to productize the resources (e.g. into fixed disk-space and traffic packages) and what to charge your own clients for them. Hostaan bills you a single fixed monthly fee for the server; billing and pricing towards your end clients is entirely up to you.

The server supports unlimited domains and customer accounts - the real constraint is the server tier's resources (CPU, memory, disk). The site counts shown in the pricing tables are approximate estimates for a typical WordPress site's load; lighter sites fit more, heavier sites fewer. If your needs grow, moving up to a bigger tier is straightforward.

Yes. The Plesk control panel supports separate customer accounts, so you can give each end client their own restricted login to manage their own site(s), while your agency keeps full administrator visibility over the whole server.

We'll get in touch and work out the best option together - in most cases moving up to the next Reseller Cloud tier is enough. For an exceptionally demanding single client, a separate Managed Cloud 3.0 server may also be considered if it serves the overall setup better.
