I've been a Hostaan customer for about five years now, and haven't considered switching for a moment. You rarely come across service this exceptionally good. Customer service is genuinely friendly and solution-oriented, and I've never once been told 'that's not our department.' Quite the opposite - things always get fully resolved.

Excellent company! Our sites' response and loading speed improved, at best, from 20 seconds down to 3 seconds. Customer service is excellent. They respond quickly. They proactively suggest improvements to the site. The web hosting packages we got also had double the storage space compared to our previous plan, while the price stayed the same. With SSL encryption included as standard too, we got significantly better value for about 20-30% less. Before switching providers, take a snapshot of your WordPress site with the All-in-One WP Migration plugin. Their own instructions say to do this, but I didn't do it for our first site, and restoring from backups didn't work - it ended up being manual work.
