ImunifyAV+ scans every one of our web hosting plans continuously for malware. An infection is often detected and cleaned up before you ever notice anything is wrong.
fail2ban
Brute-force login attempts are blocked automatically
fail2ban recognises suspicious, repeated login attempts and blocks the attacker's IP address automatically - before they can guess your password.
ModSecurity WAF
A web application firewall filters malicious requests
The ModSecurity firewall recognises and blocks common attack types, such as SQL injection, before they can ever reach your WordPress site.

Our maintenance team backs things up for you
Our maintenance team takes automatic backups of your customer data every night (kept for 7 days) and every week (kept for 4 weeks), regardless of whether you also take your own. If you need us to restore one of these backups for you, it's billed hourly.

One more safety net
Daily disk images, kept for a week
A daily, provider-level disk image of the entire server is also taken via UpCloud or Hetzner and kept for a week - a fourth, fully independent layer on top of the above. Your customer data is always safe.
